#92Kevin26 Sep 2013 New Zealand您好！关于技术移民职业清单中的会计，只是包括：221111 Accountant (General) ，不包括另外2个：221112 Management Accountant和221113 Taxation Accountant。但是前面的Tasks Include的内容应该是指UNIT GROUP 2211 ACCOUNTANTS中上述3个职位的（如下所示） 这如何理解？
Taks Include:
•assisting in formulating budgetary and accounting policies•preparing financial statements for presentation to boards of directors, management, shareholders, and governing and statutory bodies
•conducting financial investigations, preparing reports, undertaking audits and advising on matters such as the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers, capital financing, suspected fraud, insolvency and taxation

•providing assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements

关于新西兰同性伴侣申请，有事请教。
本人和partner是同性伴侣。
初步计算分数，把我伴侣的分数加上，已经我的分数达到150分。
目前打算两个人一起申请新西兰技术移民，然后在新结婚。
问题：
1，寻找了很久，请问在技术移民申请的官方网站，有关于同性伴侣的阐述吗？
想正式确认下可行性。如果有这方面的连接，请转发给我好吗？
2，我和伴侣是不同国籍的，这个在申请时候是否会很麻烦？
3，和同伴申请，是我申请，他是副申请这样的关系吗？还是我们两者都要同时走同样的程序？
4，我同伴是新西兰承认的大学本科，海外规定市场3年工作经验，但不是紧缺行业（我是紧缺行业），我们俩可以有资格申请吗？

现在我和老公情况是这样：
我俩都30岁以下，无需认证学校的学士学位，工作三年，英语都不错，所以雅思努力就应该没太大问题。比较麻烦的是学历和工作：
我本科学的是金融，一直在全球最好的会计师事务所工作（英文工作环境）。
老公本科学的法律，现在在一家国际化的中资律师事务所工作。
您可以发现我俩的专业都属于需要新西兰认证的专业，尽管我的职业属绝对技能短缺行业，我也有信心能在新西兰干同样的工作，但就是这个必须新西兰当地认证让我苦恼。
请问
1，是不是我们就不能直接申请技术移民呢？
2，我有没有可能在国内在线找到一份新西兰当地审计相关工作呢（我在中国也没有中国的注册会计师证书，我怀疑新西兰当地公司也接受暂无注册会计师资格的人干一些初级工作）？而如果真找到这样的工作机会，是不是依然会被拒绝？
3，是不是尝试先入境新西兰，再找一份对口工作，然后是否能申请技术移民呢？（会不会依然因专业需新西兰认证不通过）如果可行，您推荐什么签证先入境呢？ 回复
